EmailCos connects to your email provider, reads incoming messages, and suggests actions: drafts, archives, escalations, and risk flags. It does not send money, make purchases, or sign contracts on your behalf.

The Free plan gives you 10 emails/day, 1 mailbox, and 1-click connection to any of 27 providers. No credit card is required. Usage limits are enforced automatically and reset every 24 hours.

EmailCos is read-only and draft-only. It will never initiate payments, transfers, or financial transactions. Any action that looks like a payment is blocked by code and surfaced to you as a draft for human review.

Any extracted amount greater than R500 triggers a mandatory human approval step. This is enforced by the deterministic validator, not by the LLM. You must explicitly approve the action before the system proceeds.

You may only use EmailCos on accounts you own or have permission to manage. Do not use it to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

EmailCos is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the incident, or R3,000 for free users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, Act 4 of 2013). Disputes will be resolved in Cape Town, Western Cape. Our Information Officer is Xoli Dlabantu.
